Clash of the Legends – PR22 National Series

The PR22 National Series “Clash of the Legends” is heading to Legends Farm, Rayton on 6 & 7 June 2026. Hosted by Pretoria Precision Rifle Club under SAPRF sanctioning, this event gives shooters the option to compete in either a Day 1 Club / Provincial course or the full PR22 National Match across the weekend. Each day will consist of a 96-round course of fire. Day 1 Club entries can be registered directly here on the PPRC website.

Clash of the Legends – PR22 National Series

Pretoria Precision Rifle Club proudly welcomes you to the Clash of the Legends, a SAPRF PR22 National Series match hosted at Legends Farm, Rayton on 6 & 7 June 2026.

This event is designed to accommodate both developing shooters and experienced national competitors by offering two match formats over the weekend.

Match Formats

Day 1 – Club / Provincial Match

Saturday’s match can be entered as:

  • A standalone PPRC Club Match, or

  • A Provincial-level course

This option is ideal for newer shooters, club members, or competitors who may not want to shoot the full national course over both days.

  • Round Count: 96 rounds

  • Registration: Through the PPRC website

Full Weekend – PR22 National Match

Shooters competing in the full national event will continue through the complete PR22 National Series course of fire across both days.

The national match will feature:

  • Technical PR22 stages

  • Positional and barricade shooting

  • Time-pressure stage management

  • Precision engagements at varying difficulty levels

  • National Series points and standings

  • Day 1 Round Count: 96 rounds

  • Day 2 Round Count: 96 rounds

  • Total Weekend Round Count: 192 rounds

What to Expect

Equipment Requirements

Competitors should arrive with:

  • Safe and functional .22LR rifle

  • Chamber flag

  • Eye and ear protection

  • Adequate ammunition for the selected course

  • Bipod and rear bag recommended

  • Suitable positional support gear

We recommend bringing extra ammunition for sight-in, zero confirmation, and potential reshoots.

Safety

All SAPRF and range safety rules will be strictly enforced. Unsafe firearm handling or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in immediate disqualification from the event.

  • National Match Registration: Through official SAPRF registration channels once entries open
